refund policy

Rubystories makes all its products by hand and hygiene rules are therefore stricter. Swimwear and lingerie CANNOT be returned. Accessories can be returned.  

The shipping costs are hereby canceled.

You ordered something from Rubytories but:

• You have received a wrong item.

• You have received a broken/damaged item.

We cannot give you a refund under the following cases: 

• You have not received your order due to issues within your control. (Eg you have provided the wrong delivery address)

• The item has clearly been worn or is no longer in its original condition. 

• You did not receive your order on time due to cases that are beyond Rubystories' control (e.g. not clearing customs, natural disasters, post office delays).

• Wrong size ordered by not measuring accurately with the size guide.

• The shipping fees.
